Our drop off/pick up hours are as followed and it is strictly by appointment only.
Monday - Friday: 8AM - 10AM/4PM - 6PM
Saturday: 8AM - 10AM/4PM - 6PM
Sunday: closed
Our opening hours are as followed, you can ring to book an appointment or we do offer walk-ins.
Monday - Friday: 9AM - 4PM
Saturday: 10AM - 3PM
Sunday: closed
We take bookings for the boarding kennels over the phone or via email, please give us a call to discuss availability and book your pet in. We do require a small deposit before arrival when you book in. Due to limited availabity for our services we cannot offer a refund once you've booked a stay. The rest of the payment is required on arrival.
Please ensure your pets come with their collar and lead, and make sure they are on a lead on arrival to the premises. Our fees do nit include your pets feed, we ask that our guests bring their own food and any medication and please inform a member of staff of any specific dietary requirements.
Although we do have plenty of treats and toys at our resort, if you would like to bring your pets favourite toy or bed your more than welcome to as this will make them feel even more so at ease in their new environment!
Please call, text or email the Groom Room to book an appointment in for your pet. We do accept walk-ins and have a lovely and warm seating area for you to wait and see your pet. We accept cash or card at the end of your dogs session.
